My Background
My name is Megan Barnes & I am a Personal Trainer & Nutritionist with a passion for helping clients GET STRONG & achieve their health goals with a focus on strength training, nutrition, lifestyle & mindset.
The benefits of strength training are EXTENSIVE not only for physique, but also long-term health & quality of life. Getting strong & focusing on progressive gains in strength & performance has huge benefits for body & mind, & helps you build confidence & resilience physically & in everyday life.
When it comes to nutrition I am a believer in fuelling your body for health & performance, providing your body with everything it needs to do the amazing things it does & do it WELL.
Personally I’ve tried the punishing, depriving methods & now I’m here to help others take a more positive, practical approach that is sustainable & enjoyable. Through my own health challenges, I truly understand the importance of preventative health. I’ve also learned that punishing, restrictive methods are unsustainable & often damaging.
Through strength training & a focus on performance goals I have never enjoyed training so much or made such impactful progress.
Now, my purpose is to support others to achieve great results that are sustainable, whilst promoting long term health, balance & enjoyment.
